Being positive is a must if you want to be happy. When you wake up you should be thankful for doing the stuff you have to do and get excited about life.

Being happy is impossible without doing all the things that make you feel happy! If you love listening to music, do it. If you enjoy working out then do it! If taking photos makes you happy then do it!



3. Be thankful!
You should never forget that you are truly blessed to have all the things you have. We sometimes sweat on the small stuff and forget how lucky we are to have so many blessings. Make a list of the 10 things you are grateful for today, this will make you appreciate things more.


4. Don't listen to people's opinions!
People will always have something to say for you no matter what. You should know that and choose to not listen to what people say.

5. Dream more! 
You should set goals and try to reach them. Work as much as possible to achieve your goals and then set higher goals and try to achieve them as well. Doing what you love will for sure make you happier.



6. You only live once! 
You only live once so make sure you actually live. Many people forget that they will never get a chance to live and they choose to be sad and negative. Being sad and negative means you will never achieve your goals or do something that matters. That's not how life is supposed to be! Life should be full of happiness and love. When a negative thought comes into your mind remind yourself that you only live once!
