1. Always eat Breakfast.

2. Eat more vegetables.

3. Lift Weights 3 times a week(or more).

4. Drink tons of water.

5. Eat less meat, or don't eat meat at all.

6. Eat your food slowly.

7. Eat less dairy products.(cheese, milk etc.)

8. Eat only fruits as meals twice a week.

9. Walk more.(swimming is good too)

10.  Sleep 8-9 hours a day.
