Living a happy life nowadays for many people seems impossible, but anyone can do it actually if they follow these steps.

1. Wake up Early.

Waking up early and sleeping early will make you feel stronger physically and mentally. That happens because waking up early while sleeping a regular 8 hour time will give your body muscles the rest they need and your brain will relax more efficiently. On the other hand, sleeping late will only result in fatigue and that will turn to unhappiness too.

2. Chase your goals.
It's always essential to have some targets you want to achieve in life. Whether it's buying a new car, getting that summer body or pursuing a music career, anything is achievable! If it wasn't nobody else would do it. So go out, start chasing your biggest dreams. 5. Keep a gratitude journal.
Counting your blessings is important when it comes to mental health. Get a small notebook and a pen and every night write 5 things you are grateful for. It can be anything. Everyone can do it, all ages and all sexes and the results are magical you just need to try it yourself. Try it for 7 days and you'll see small positive changes happen in your life.
