How To Get Rid Of Dark Circles Under Eyes Easily

Dark Circles under eyes are becoming more and more common especially amongst teenagers from 14 to 20 years old. It's mainly caused by sleep deprivation, constant phone usage, bad nutrition and lack of exercise. 



1. Sleep more
Staying up late is bad for your mental and physical health and one of the things it can cause is dark circles. Experts suggest that we sleep at around 10PM and wake up at 6AM. You should not use any electronic device one hour before going to bed and after you wake up. Doing this daily will help your eyes rest more and your dark circles' presence will be reduced.

2. Nutrition
A lack of iron can cause dark circles as well. If you have low iron in your blood, hemoglobin (which carries oxygen) can break down more easily causing the thin skin below the eyes to appear dark or bruised. If this is the case, you should consider taking vitamin supplements or eat more foods that contain iron(beans, broccoli etc). Eating fruits will also help get rid of your dark circles as fruits have Vitamin C that can lighten your skin.


3. Phone usage.
According to our latest survey, people use their phone for 5-7 hours per DAY. Electronic devices including laptops, TV, phones, tablets and more release radiation which is in many ways harmful to your body, brain, health, and life. When you use your phone the phone all the radiation from the screen goes directly to your face and your skin absorbs a % of it. This plays a big role when it comes to dark circles. You should use your phone 1-2 hours or less per day to see fast results.


4. Exercise
Exercising 2-3 times a week will improve your overall physical health and will promote a youthful glow to the skin. Exercising also improves your blood circulation which also helps reduce dark circles under the eyes.
